The 160°C steam cuts through cooking grease like nothing else. The lay-flat mode reaches under my kitchen cabinets easily. Being corded means no battery anxiety — I clean my entire ground floor in one go. The DualBlock system keeps the brush hair-free even with two dogs.
Upgraded from a basic steam mop and the difference is night and day. This actually vacuums AND steams simultaneously. The 8.3m cord covers my whole flat. Lay-flat mode is brilliant for under the sofa. Would definitely recommend.
The steam cleaning is fantastic, especially on tile and vinyl. BoostSteam removes stains I thought were permanent. The 6kg weight is noticeable after a while, and the cord can get in the way, but the cleaning results more than make up for it.
The DualBlock anti-tangle is a lifesaver with my two cats. No more wrapping the brush roller around hair. The steam also helps with pet odours on hard floors. Only downside is the weight for upstairs cleaning.
